Mactech’s flagship product is our clamshell lathe. We have four types of clamshell lathes: the US, the LC, the USS and the WD Clamshell.

US Clamshell: The US Clamshell is Mactech’s standard clamshell. It is our original clamshell and has the heavy duty construction that makes it a great machine for all applications.
LC Clamshell: The LC or "Low Clearance" Clamshell is lighter than standard clamshells and its low clearance allows it to fit into tight areas where standard clamshells will not. |
| WD Clamshell: The WD or "Worm Drive" Clamshells are heavy duty and are used for cutting extra heavy wall pipe. |
USS Clamshell: The USS Clamshell is a cross between the US and LC series. It has the low clearance and lightweight of a LC, but it has the heavy-duty durability and thickness of the US. |

Portable Mills: Our portable milling machines are designed to make on-site, close tolerance machining cost effective. Ideal for strict environments and repair work where dismantling is not feasible, the portable mills can be clamped, bolded, or magnetically attached directly onto the work piece and mounted in any direction. | Model 1-4 Fitting Machine: Our 1-4 Fitting Machine is a portable end prep lathe. It bevels, faces, and counterbores 1" to 4" elbows, tees, and crosses. The Model 1-4 preps all new fittings and is able to modify any previously prepped configurations. This allows for the reuse of previously discarded fittings and pipe. |

Line Boring Machines: Our line boring machines (LB 100 & LB 200) feature an independently powered spindle drive and feed system; self centering cones for fast accurate alignment and a rigid, lightweight slide feed unit easily affixes to the bearing support mount. |
End Prep Lathes: Mactech’s End Prep Lathes can form bevel, face, counterbore and single point bevel pipe and face flanges that range from 2" to 36". We have four end prep lathes that enable us to cover such a wide range of pipe, the 2-6B SP, 4-12BSP, 12-24 SP, and 24-36 SP.
STRESSTECH:
Stresstech’s flagship product is our QZ stress relief console. We have five different types of QZ’s available, they are the QZ 1500 8, the QZ 1000 6, the Microcommander 6, the TZ 600, and the LCS 300 Single Zone.
